These modules confirm that our governance, risk management, and clinical practices meet the requirements set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Core Module
Fundamental requirements for all NDIS registered providers — covering governance, risk management, human resources, and quality and safeguarding systems.
Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
Support for people with behaviourally complex needs, delivered in accordance with a behaviour support plan developed by a qualified behaviour support practitioner.
Management of Medication
Safe administration and management of medication in line with the participant's health plan and relevant practitioner prescriptions.
Management of Waste
Appropriate handling and disposal of waste — including clinical and personal care waste — in accordance with health, safety, and infection control standards.

The following groups represent our current scope of registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Referrers and support coordinators can use this list to confirm eligibility before making contact.
Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports
Help navigating significant life changes — moving home, leaving school, changes in health or family circumstances, or transitioning between services and care arrangements.
Daily Personal Activities
Support with personal care tasks including grooming, hygiene, dressing, eating, and continence management, delivered with dignity and respect for the participant's preferences.
Assistance with Travel and Transport Arrangements
Support to access transport independently, or accompanied travel to appointments, community activities, work, and other destinations.
Assistance with Daily Life Tasks in a Group or Shared Living Arrangement
Support within shared accommodation settings — including household coordination and daily living tasks across communal spaces — for participants living with others.
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
Building practical skills toward greater independence: cooking, budgeting, using public transport, managing appointments, maintaining a household, and more.
Household Tasks
Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal preparation where the participant is unable to manage these independently.
Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities
Support to access and engage in community life — social activities, recreation, volunteering, events, and civic participation.
Group and Centre Based Activities
Structured programs and activities delivered in group or centre-based settings, focused on social engagement, skills development, and community connection.
